All return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Feng Shui products and lucky charms.
Spiritual statues and decorative figurines.
Hanging decorations and keychains.
Used, altered or damaged products.

3. How to Request a Return

4. Refund Policy

Once your return request is approved and the returned product has been inspected, the applicable refund will be initiated to your original payment method.

Refund processing may take 5–7 business days after approval, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Since we offer free shipping, no standard shipping charge is collected at checkout. Any return shipping arrangements will be communicated by our support team.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please share photographs or an unboxing video to help us verify the issue. After verification, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.

6. Order Cancellation

Cancellation requests must be submitted before the order is dispatched.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
